Depression, PND, grief, divorce and crisis affect families. The children's book, Mummy, Let's Go! provides a springboard for discussing the real emotions experienced by children and parents as they journey together through traumatic experiences.

This website is designed with all things "train" in mind. So, let your mind wander on an old steam train journey as you browse through the site. Which includes information about the book itself, my personal journey through marriage separation, post natal depression and motherhood alone with my little men.
